About The Position

Responsibilities

  • Receives, sorts and distributes U.S. mail.
  • Answers incoming phone calls and door using excellent customer service.
  • Provides clerical support and performs projects as requested, utilizing the computer including the use of Word, Excel, Power Point, and other software utilized.
  • Responsible for copying projects as requested, including major projects requiring outside printing services.
  • Makes copies as necessary or sends large copying projects to Graceworks Lutheran Services.
  • Files all correspondence and HR filing timely. Completes other filing projects as needed.
  • Responsible for the scheduling of the conference room.
  • Updates resident list as needed and maintains the resident binder of items needed.
  • Completes the medical supply order as well as office supplies using good judgement. This includes the postage meter. Receive and verify delivery of supplies.
  • Keeps work area and common area organized and clean. Cleans and straightens break area weekly.
  • Provides coverage for other administrative personnel in their absence.
  • Assists in meeting preparation including supplies, food and other items necessary.
  • Collects resident pay stubs and enters into spreadsheets timely for A/R and SSI. Mails earning statements reports to SSI monthly by the deadline. Makes deposits as necessary.
  • Processes JFS mail and distributes accordingly with accuracy.
  • Processes Medication Administration certificates to appropriate parties as well as saves for future reference.
  • Assists with Medicaid Redeterminations by tracking due dates and assists with gathering paperwork in preparation for submission.
  • Adheres to all policies and procedures of the organization and all federal and state laws regarding the privacy of protected health information.
  • Adheres to all policies and procedures of the organization regarding the use of technology and technology-based information.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
