The position involves greeting and engaging with all Community visitors to ensure a warm and inviting first impression and experience. The role also includes managing incoming calls, providing assistance, and directing inquiries to the appropriate resident or team member with professionalism and courtesy. Additionally, various administrative tasks such as sorting mail, maintaining sign-in documentation, and other tasks as assigned will be performed.
