About The Position

As a Moneypenny Receptionist, you will receive extensive training designed to equip you with the essential skills required to play a crucial role within the Moneypenny team. You will act as a representative for both Moneypenny and a diverse range of clients, utilizing your exceptional customer service expertise and relationship-building abilities to leave a positive impression on their callers.

Requirements

  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service and/or tier II support, consistently delivering exceptional service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to multi-task
  • Proficient in data entry, detail-oriented and adaptable to change
  • Fluent in Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Promptly and efficiently handling inbound phone calls and relaying messages to clients, ensuring clients never miss a call
  • Entering caller information into our system accurately
  • Delivering the highest level of customer service to clients at all times
  • Data entry skills, must be able to type a minimum of 35 wpm
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook and Teams
  • Available to work holidays and weekends (you will always work one Saturday or Sunday every other week)
