About The Position
This position involves providing exceptional customer service by answering phones and greeting clients in a friendly and inviting manner. You will be responsible for matching clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs and scheduling appointments according to client preferences. Additionally, you will help ensure that all client needs are met during service, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually. Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members is also a key responsibility, along with performing other duties as assigned.
