As a Receptionist, you’ll be the welcoming face and friendly voice for residents, families, guests, and team members. This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, organized, and enjoys creating warm first impressions. Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-service oriented personality
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Basic computer skills including email and Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Previous receptionist, concierge, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred (not required)
Responsibilities
- Greet residents, families, and visitors with professionalism, warmth, and care
- Manage front desk and concierge-style support
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
- Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks
- Maintain a welcoming, organized, and secure lobby environment
- Support a luxury senior living experience rooted in compassion and respect
