About The Position

The primary purpose of this position is to perform duties necessary to the smooth, day-to-day operation of the front reception desk, as needed. Specific Duties include: Assemble admissions packets, marketing brochures, information packets, and making sure that stock of all three is maintained File documents; make and distribute copies; format letters and documents; prepare mail merges for large monthly mailings Complete credit card reconciliation for assigned departments Order office supplies for departments, as needed Answer the telephone and transfer calls to the appropriate department Maintain day book with necessary information to keep other shifts informed Monitor emergency intercom system and respond to all emergency calls from residents, as well as fire alarms Monitor radios Immanuel Living is a not-for-profit, Life Plan Community located in Kalispell, MT. Requirements

  • Graduation from high school or GED preferred
  • One (1) year of business school or two (2) years experience in a similar position
  • Experience in office procedures and ability to operate various office equipment, including telephones, required
  • Knowledge of Office applications and the ability to learn new applications required
  • Ability to work with the public with an emphasis on interaction with the elderly required
  • CPR and First Aid certifications
