We rely on and trust our Receptionist to provide clerical support to our center. We are seeking a qualified individual who is compassionate, a multi-tasker and ready to collaborate with leadership to change lives. Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- 1 year office experience
- Experience with MS office computer tools
- Ability to file in alpha order
- Detail oriented
- Ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding patient and company proprietary information
Responsibilities
- Performs general office duties included but not limited to filing, copying, faxing, etc. under supervision
- Maintains records using an established filing system
- Sort and distribute mail as appropriate
