Acts as receptionist for the office, answering inquiries of general nature form applicants, visitors, clients, POAs, staff, and anyone coming to the office or calling the office assisting them in a friendly and cooperative manner. Contacts field staff via email/phone call per direction given by Leadership or clients, POAS. Maintains files for the agency. Gathers and sorts mail as required. Handle a client referral as needed. Request forms as needed. Designs new company forms and orders literature as needed. Oversee admit folder creation. Performs other duties as required.
