The Receptionist is responsible for greeting, welcoming, and directing visitors and employees with a positive, helpful attitude. This role involves notifying company personnel of visitor arrivals, acting as a gatekeeper for the building, answering all incoming calls, and directing them to the appropriate person/department.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Computer skills. MS Office – Excel, Word
• Receptionist/Customer Service experience

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls and direct as appropriate
• Greet, assist and/or direct employees and visitors
• Act as gatekeeper for the building
• Badge Assignment for visitors
• Track employees in the event of a fire alarm
• Open, separate, and deliver mail received each day.
• Maintain coffee area
• Support Human Resources Team as necessary
