The primary objective of this position is to provide administrative support to the Collateral and Custody Department while presenting a professional and welcoming first impression to office visitors. This individual will greet walk-in visitors and direct them appropriately; notify company personnel of visitor arrivals; receive mail and other package deliveries; and provide various clerical support services to other departments within the company. While this position is not part of the Customer Service department, the individual will provide basic customer service functions to incoming customer calls, as appropriate. This role is fully on-site, at our Irvine location. Schedule is 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. This individual will interact with both external parties and internal users. External parties include visitors, job applicants, mail carriers, facilities personnel, and walk-in customers. This position reports to the Vice President of Collateral and Document Custody. The successful candidate is self-directed in work prioritization and demonstrates good judgment-making ability within the scope of the position’s areas of responsibility.
