Essential Functions: Answer incoming calls within a timely fashion and respond to or transfer the call as appropriate. Receive checks/money orders, log in QuickBooks, and distribute accordingly. Log incoming and outgoing packages and documents. Handle other walk-in clients as needed, payment processing, keys/fobs/remotes/parking pass workflow and tracking. Handle customer disputes Work on forwarding mail and create a COA as needed Restock and order supplies for break room and bathroom Make Popcorn on Tuesday and Thursday’s. Assist Document Management team as needed Perform all other job requests as assigned by management. Qualifications: Minimum of 6 months office experience Minimum of 6 months Customer Service experience Intermediate knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to lift 50lbs.
