About The Position
Provides front-desk support for Orlando Health Imaging, assisting patients and coordinating workflow across departments including CT, MRI, sonography, and X-ray. Greets patients, manages scheduling, and supports imaging staff to ensure efficient and patient-centered service. Opening Summer 2026 at 4000 Lakeland Highlands Road, Lakeland, FL. Requirements
- Must be able to speak, read and understand basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Greets callers and visitors.
- Ascertains hospital or department service needs and/or individual contact.
- Informs designated or requested contact of arrival.
- Directs callers to proper location.
- Answers phone.
- Performs clerical work such as routine typing or transcription as time permits.
- Maintains established department policies, procedures, objectives, safety and infection control.
- Maintains reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with Orlando Health policies, the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
- Maintains compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures.
- Attends in-service and other meetings as required.
- Maintains an orderly and clean section.
- Keeps work area stocked with necessary supplies.
