About The Position
Receptionist - Part Time Manitowish Waters, WI A place for pampering and serenity in the heart of Wisconsin’s Northwoods. Join “The Spa” as a Receptionist to support clients and staff. This part-time position is located in Manitowish Waters, WI. EAU Holdings’ mission is to enhance the community of Manitowish Waters by developing and operating businesses with an emphasis on quality and customer service. We hope to make a great place even better for both tourists and residents. EAU Holdings officially started in 2006 with the purchase of the property that is now Smokey’s Restaurant. Unofficially, the dream began with Liz Uihlein’s love and memories of spending vacations with cousins in the Northwoods. In 2014, EAU Holdings expanded by opening multiple businesses. After extensive remodeling, these year-round businesses have made downtown Manitowish Waters a beautiful place for residents and visitors alike
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) experience.
- Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to respond positively and respectfully with clients.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment by greeting and checking in clients for their appointments.
- Answer calls, book client appointments and take payments for spa services.
- Organize files for billing, customer and client records.
- Help with laundry for spa towels and linens.
- Take supply inventory and place orders to replenish stock that is running low.
