About The Position

This part-time Receptionist position involves warmly greeting and directing visitors and residents, managing incoming calls, operating security systems, responding to inquiries, and providing administrative support to other departments. Completing a short 3-5 minute questionnaire from our trusted partner, Arena, is required as part of the application process.

Requirements

  • Minimum one (1) year of reception experience with significant public contact required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional phone etiquette

Responsibilities

  • Greet, welcome, and direct visitors and residents with warmth and professionalism, providing appropriate resources and information
  • Manage incoming call queues efficiently, screening calls and routing them to the correct departments or personnel
  • Monitor and operate security systems, including camera surveillance and door access controls, while maintaining a secure environment
  • Answer inquiries and respond to emails with clarity and professionalism, demonstrating strong written communication skills
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and collaborative spirit
