Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and general office equipment.
  • Strong communication and phone etiquette skills.
  • Basic computer skills including familiarity with scheduling software and Microsoft Office.
