Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The Receptionist is responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate staff, maintaining our offices, and providing great customer service to our clients and employees who use our offices. This role is expected to respond to any client request, and perform other administrative duties as assigned, including making copies, sending faxes, scanning documents and connecting clients to videoconferencing events. RECEPTIONIST ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Arrive to work in a timely manner dressed professionally Answers telephones quickly and kindly, and directs the caller to the appropriate team member Provides callers with information such as company address, directions, company fax numbers, company website and other related information Ensure that offices are clean, organized and well-stocked at the start and end of each day Greets and directs clients and visitors as needed Receives mail and ensures it’s delivered to the proper party Reviews job sheets from Scheduling Assigns jobs to specific conference rooms and prepares accordingly Ensures that the office is clean, organized and well-stocked at the start and end of each day Performs videoconference tests and other tasks as directed during the day Completes and submits hosting checklist at the end of the day Other duties as assigned
