About The Position

Our client is seeking a Receptionist to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis. The receptionist will be responsible for answering phone calls, greeting visitors, handling inventory, booking meeting rooms, ordering lunches, and helping with administrative projects as needed. The role is from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, and is fully onsite.

Requirements

  • Candidates must have experience working in an office environment.
  • Experience answering phones and transferring calls.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in the manufacturing, logistics, or distribution field.

Responsibilities

  • The Receptionist will be responsible for all receptionist duties, including answering phones, transferring calls, and greeting visitors.
  • Assist each department with their incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Order office supplies, kitchen items, and manage other inventory requests.
  • Assist various departments with administrative duties as needed.
