About The Position
Fox Run: The Center for Children and Adolescents, a subsidiary of UHS, is recruiting for a FT - 30 hours per week - Receptionist / Switchboard Operator . Located in St. Clairsville (OH), this 100-bed facility thrives on passionate and dedicated personnel, while incorporating innovative technology and therapies for the betterment of our patients. Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
- Two (2) years experience on a multi-line telephone switchboard, preferably in a heath care environment and any combination of education, training, or experience in a hospital environment.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for greeting and assisting all visitors
- Answering the switchboard
- Preparing and coding daily receivables
- Maintaining the facility census book
- Documenting incoming deliveries
- Providing clerical support as requested
- Assisting with various clerical duties and projects as assigned
