About The Position

The Receptionist will greet, assist, and provide directions and information to clients, visitors and other guests of Rio Grande Co. along with numerous Administrative Duties.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • 1-3 years of previous administrative experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to speak Spanish fluently, preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person’s visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location
  • Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments
  • Orders and maintains coffee supplies and kitchen supplies.
  • Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.
  • Performs administrative and clerical support tasks
  • Performs basic filing and recordkeeping
  • Perform other related duties as assigned in support of company operations.
