Requirements

  • Friendly, outgoing, and customer-service oriented personality
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills including email and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Previous receptionist, concierge, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred (not required)

Responsibilities

  • Greet residents, families, and visitors with professionalism, warmth, and care
  • Manage front desk and concierge-style support
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
  • Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks
  • Maintain a welcoming, organized, and secure lobby environment
