About The Position

Presbyterian Homes & Services - Orcahrd Path- is seeking a Receptionist for its team. SCHEDULE: This position working Monday-Friday (8.30-5Pm) REPORTING STRUCTURE: This position reports to the Human Resources Manager. ABOUT THIS COMMUNITY Orchard Path5400 - 157th St. WApple Valley, MN 55124Situated on Cobblestone Lake in Apple Valley, Orchard Path captures the congenial spirit of a traditional neighborhood with the bonus of lakeside activities and nearby urban conveniences.Orchard Path has 250 independent apartments, 58 assisted living, and 20 memory care apartments.This community offers the following living options: Senior Apartments, Assisted Living, Assisted Living with Memory Care Responsibilities The Receptionist is responsible for providing excellent customer service and public relations needed for quality care and services to all customers. Other responsibilities include answering and transferring all incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner, serving as an information resource, and performing a variety of administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications High school graduate preferred. Three (3) months to twelve (12) months work as a receptionist is desired. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Experience with various office equipment such as copy machines, multi-line phones, postage meter, fax machines, etc. Demonstrated computer proficiency and experience in various programs including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Publisher and Word is desired. Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies. Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers. Pay Range The estimated starting pay range for this role is $19.09 - $20.59 per hour. This good faith estimate is based upon PHS’s typical starting pay range for this role. Actual pay range depends upon many factors including each individual employee’s qualifications and market conditions and is subject to change. Requirements
