About The Position

Keystone Pacific Property Management, LLC is a prestigious property management firm headquartered in Irvine, CA, with offices throughout Northern and Southern California, Colorado, and Idaho. Since 1982, we have led the way in providing superior customer care for our clients in planned-unit developments, condos, mixed-use, commercial, new project developments, large-scale onsite communities, and master-planned community associations. We are currently in search of a Receptionist for our regional office in Boise, Idaho. The responsibilities and qualifications are listed below. Summary: Under the supervision of the Director of Community Management, greets and handles resident inquiries and requests at the front desk of the Office. Provides excellent customer service while interacting with board members, committee members, and vendors. Must maintain client satisfaction and provide administrative support. Why Join Keystone? Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Suite Programs.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication.
  • Knowledge of general office procedures
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Verifiable references.
  • Able to pass a background check.
  • 1-2 years working in an Administrative field
  • High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

  • Greets and handles resident inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Answer phones and channel calls to the appropriate desk.
  • Copying, filing, and faxing as needed.
  • Knowledgeable in all basic community rules and regulations for each association
  • Perform opening and closing procedures.
  • Reviews monthly Clubhouse Rental calendars.
  • E-mail Correspondence.
  • Inventory office supplies and assist with supply orders as needed.
  • Works with Security and Maintenance in case of emergency, general issues, and requests for office maintenance as needed (i.e., Xerox machine, postal machine, order pest control or cleaning services).
  • Other duties as assigned.
