About The Position

Crossline Community Church’s Receptionist is responsible for being the first point of contact for guests and members, managing phone calls, and providing information about church ministries. They also assist with administrative tasks and help create a welcoming environment for visitors.

Requirements

Must be a member or become a member of Crossline Community Church
Must have the utmost confidentiality and discretion
Knowledge and use of Microsoft programs
Ability to learn and train on Crossline software program (CCB)
Demonstrate the fruit of the Spirit as evidence of a growing Christ-centered life (Galatians 5:16-25, Ephesians 5:18-21)
Have a well thought out philosophy of ministry that is Biblical and consistent with the vision, values and DNA of Crossline Church
Be skilled at personal follow up
Fulfill the duties required of Crossline Church members as outlined in the membership covenant.
Philosophical alignment with church leadership
Willingness to grow and learn with ministry

Community Outreach and Resource knowledge a plus

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls, take messages or transfer to voicemail
Refill and stock work room office supplies as well as office kitchen supplies
Receive mail, delivieries, etc
Able to answer general questions regarding church activities and events as well as general information about Crossline
Provide general clerical support to staff when needed
Attend and help serve at major events ie, Easter and Christmas Eve services, VBS, Journey to Bethlehem
