Acting as the first point-of-contact to all guests and callers, the Receptionist greets and assists clients and the pubic both on the telephone and in person with courtesy, consideration and professionalism. The Receptionists handles incoming, outgoing mail, faxes, performing general office duties and furnishing clerical support for the office staff of the agency.
