About The Position

We are seeking a friendly and helpful Receptionist (Customer Concierge) to manage incoming calls, assist customers, and support our team. The ideal candidate will have a customer service background and a basic understanding of automotive service.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, administrative, clerical, or call center roles.
  • Strong phone and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Courteous and pleasant demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with automotive sales/service is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming telephone calls in a warm and professional manner.
  • Gather relevant information to efficiently transfer calls to the appropriate person.
  • Log missed calls and ensuring follow-up as needed.
  • Take messages and send/receive electronic communications.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
