As a Client Service Coordinator (Receptionist), you’ll be a key part of the hospital team by: Creating a warm, positive first impression for every client and pet Scheduling appointments and managing patient flow to support high-quality care Checking clients in and out efficiently while reviewing services and estimates Answering phones, responding to questions, and educating clients on Banfield wellness plans Handling payments and maintaining accurate medical and client records Supporting veterinarians and technicians to ensure smooth daily operations Advocating for pets and helping clients understand the value of preventive care
