About The Position
Position Title: Receptionist Position Type: Part Time; 12 - 15 Hours Weekly Benefits Eligible: No Location: Bayville, NJ Department: OPD Salary: $17 hourly
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year's experience in secretarial/clerical work
- Excellent communications skills
Responsibilities
- Greet consumers in a pleasant and professional manner
- Answer phones, transfer calls, and record messages as necessary
- Manage evening transportation schedules for consumers
- Maintain documentation, records, and general reception area
- Perform other related duties as assigned
