About The Position

Jim Lupient INFINITI of Golden Valley is looking for a customer focused Receptionist to join our talented team. In this very important role, you will often be the first person the customer connects with, whether by phone or in person. As such, the ideal candidate will be a dynamic customer focused individual who can manage multiple tasks at hand while providing a customer service experience that is second to none. The ideal candidate will have Accounts Payable experience and is open to learning and growing with the organization. Pay is commensurate with experience and skill level. The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

AP/AR experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Politely and professionally directs customers to the correct department after greeting them at the door and further notifies the appropriate person that a customer is waiting
Answers incoming phone calls in a timely manner using proper etiquette, then directing call to appropriate department or individual, or takes a thorough message
Performs a variety of clerical duties
May assist with accounts payables and accounts receivables if knowledgeable in area
May assists other personnel with projects
Other duties as assigned to support the Office Manager and General Manager
