About The Position

We are seeking a receptionist to manage our front desk operations and support daily administrative tasks. This position offers a flexible daytime schedule and is a great opportunity for individuals seeking reliable work during standard business hours .

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Basic computer proficiency including Office 365.
  • Ability to perform simple math.
  • Is a Team- Player-reliability, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
  • Previous office or receptionist experience is helpful but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting and assisting visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel.
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area.
  • Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Use Office 365 for daily tasks.
  • Complete basic math tasks as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to office staff and management.
  • Assist and take on responsibility for varying projects and tasks with varying departments as needed.
