Simply put, as the Receptionist, you will be responsible for answering a multi-line telephone, taking messages, and greeting residents, families and other visitors. Other duties will include, but are not limited to, arranging medical transportation, assisting the billing Business office with AP and AR related tasks, sorting & distributing mail and filing. Marquis operates 26 senior care facilities in Oregon, Nevada, California, and provides rehab and pharmacy services across the nation.
