About The Position

We’re on the lookout for a Full Time Receptionist who’s calm under pressure, easy-going and passionate about delivering gold standard client and patient care. Veterinary experience is a bonus but not a requirement. About the Job: You’ll be based in reception, where you’ll be the face of the clinic! You'll be spending your days creating bonds with our clients, attending to queries in person, by email and phone, managing bookings and overall keeping the day flowing smoothly out the front. Our clinic is a place where growth is encouraged, with access to training and development opportunities all year round. We love initiative and will support you in being the best you can be in your role!

Requirements

You’re flexible, reliable and able to work 38 hours a week , including Saturday rotations (8-2pm)
You’re passionate about client care and communication
You’re proactive and organised - you help keep the consult rooms running smoothly and nice and clean
You’re confident managing a busy reception area and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
You’re a team player who genuinely values being part of a supportive workplace
