Providing administrative and clerical support in a medical office. This includes greeting patients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with insurance and registration information. You are the first point of contact for patients and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the facility. Use a variety of computer systems to verify insurance eligibility. Must have computer skills and type at least 35 words per minute. Must have Communication skills, organizational skills, problem solving skills and basin medical terminology is recommended but not required.
