About The Position

Provide reception and front desk services to the ICSC under the supervision of the Assistant Office Manager.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or its equivalent required.
  • Training in basic office skills, such as answering telephones, responding to general inquiries, computer entry and other office tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and announce all visitors, alert appropriate personnel as required.
  • Answer telephones, route all calls to the appropriate staff and take messages when requested.
  • Distribute and collect guest badges and maintain visitor log.
  • Inform the assist office manager of any supplies that are needed.
  • Accept and route all deliveries; alert Office Manager of deliveries.
  • Maintain the physical appearance of the lobby. Ensuring clients have places to sit and the area is well kept.
  • Data entry into the EHR and other programs as requested.
  • Identify and implement quality improvement trainings and activities as part of professional development goals
  • Complete QI Training during onboarding and participate in QI refresher training as needed.
