Our client, a local church, is seeking an Part Time Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to provide support for the pastors and staff. This employee is one of the primary faces to the congregation and public during church office hours (Monday-Friday, 9-12). Primary duties include answering the phone, greeting visitors, and carrying out necessary clerical duties in order to support the church's initiatives and programs. In order to be successful, the ideal candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills and have a warm and personable demeanor. In addition, he/she must be able to work cooperatively with church staff, volunteers, and members--as well as the public. Personal motivation is a priority, as the candidate should expect to operate with limited day-to-day supervision while reporting to the Operations Manager and Head of Staff.
