About The Position

Biogen Australia has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a part-time Receptionist with a maximum term contract until December 2019.

Requirements

  • Preferably have 3+ years of experience in a reception / office admin role
  • Detail oriented and service minded
  • Ability / interest to assist the Administration Support Services when re

Nice To Haves

  • Pharmaceutical industry experience desirable but not essential

Responsibilities

  • Managing the reception area and intercom
  • Responding to all incoming calls and transfer appropriately
  • Welcoming visitors, meet and greet clients (internal / external)
  • Ensuring proper office environment by keeping the reception and kitchen tidy
  • Organising catering for company functions, meetings and events
  • Receiving and signing off for deliveries
  • Preparing and booking all couriers
  • Filing of cab charges
  • Ordering business cards / stationery
  • Preparing grocery list
  • End of day duties – kitchen, coffee machine etc
  • Other general administrative duties as required
