Informs Walk-In's of CBH's services, evaluations, and admissions processes, as well as routine hospital information, they will also assist in entering individuals seeking care on the EMTALA log. They will initiate and maintain 15 minute checks for individuals awaiting assessments/admission per the observation policy and procedures, and communicate changes in monitored individuals conditions to the Admissions Department. Lastly, They will sign for, recieve, and route incoming mail, including courier deliveries and provide back-up clerical support to other departments. Requirements

Education: High school diploma or GED
Experience: Prefer one (1) year experience as a receptionist in a healthcare setting.
License/Certification: Need CPR, and current Mandatory Reporter for adult/child (Can be obtained during orientation)
