Responsibilities Greet customers upon arrival and direct accordingly. Answer and direct incoming calls. Provide customers with company information such as store hours/location, and answer other general inquiries. Input customer data into customer management system. Accurately follow the process of accepting new inventory in a timely manner. Work directly with store management in controlling customer flow. Other duties assigned by management. Requirements Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Prior Customer Service or Dealership experience is a preferred. Must have excellent organizational skills. Able to work in a team setting in a fast-paced environment. Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook. Strong communication skills, verbal and written. Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner. Reliable and strong work ethic. Professional appearance is necessary.
