In addition, specific functions may change from time to time: Greet the public and fellow employees and direct them to appropriate people or places for assistance Accepts and conveys accurate and timely messages, routing telephone calls appropriately Distributes mail coming into and originating from the office Assists with monitoring and record keeping related to operating and capital budget Processes travel requests and educational arrangements Computerizes select information for ease of retrieval Maintains office supplies Schedules meetings upon request Ensure integrity of communication systems with Personnel Department regarding status changes, PAFs, etc. Maintains and monitors system for recording and tracking personnel requisitions
