First impressions matter, and that is where you come in. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and upbeat Receptionist who will be the welcoming face and voice of our building. From greeting families to helping staff and answering calls, you will play a key role in creating a positive and supportive environment for everyone who walks through our doors. If you enjoy connecting with people, staying organized, and being the go-to person for questions, you will fit right in. Requirements

  • Friendly, welcoming, and professional demeanor
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Ability to stay calm and positive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and a high level of energy
  • Comfort using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • All employees of Cascadia Healthcare must successfully complete and pass state-required background checks prior to working with residents.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is preferred but not required
  • Prior receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience is highly valued
  • Experience handling phones, scheduling, or working in a fast-paced environment is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and serve as the main communication hub
  • Greet residents, families, staff, and visitors with warmth and professionalism
  • Help guide guests and families to resident rooms
  • Assist vendors and direct them to the appropriate person
  • Support leadership and team members including the CEO, Admissions, and Business Office Manager
  • Serve as a reliable resource for general questions and information
  • Keep the front desk running smoothly and efficiently
