Make an impact As the Full-Time Receptionist , you will play a highly important role, as you will be the face of the company and the first to greet visitors, investors, vendors and business partners. As the receptionist you are working alongside the property management team supporting the Property Manager. You will maintain and oversee the tenant engagement application, assist with special events, and monitor the tenant work order program. Additionally, you will serve as a resource for tenants at a Class A commercial office building.

Requirements

  • Reception experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to solve problems, organize systems and establish procedures
  • Ability to prioritize, coordinate, multi-task and demonstrate initiative
  • Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Detail oriented with excellent office skills including typing and proofreading
  • Excellent organizational, communication (written/oral), and interpersonal skills
  • Must possess a friendly and positive attitude
  • Must be a team player
  • Demonstrate effective conflict resolution and maintain a calm work environment with managers and co-workers and callers

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, in person or on the telephone
  • Ensure security access control protocol is followed
  • Answer or refer inquiries and route calls to specific people
  • Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; give instructions
  • Sort and distribute mail throughout office
  • Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties
  • Take and relay messages
  • Schedule meetings and conference rooms
  • Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
  • Maintain a safe and clean reception area to include the adjacent conference rooms
  • Maintain/oversee tenant engagement app
  • Assist with special events as needed
  • Monitor tenant work order program

  • Bridge Investment Group will match your contributions dollar-for-dollar, up to 6% of your pay. These contributions are fully vested immediately. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled at a 4% contribution rate. The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days.
  • Paid Time Off: Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.
  • 11 Paid Holidays per year.
  • Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
  • Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
