THE OPPORTUNITY Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions. Guide office guests through sign-in & sign-out process; manage records of visitor logs; issue visitor ID and temporary ID cards. Answer guests’ and employees’ questions or forward them to appropriate personnel. Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed. Process invoices for payment in the company’s system, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. Coordinate vendor registration processes, ensuring all required forms and documentation are completed accurately. Follow up with vendors to track progress, resolve issues, and maintain updated records. Support Ad-hoc duties: Perform other tasks assigned by management.
