The Brook – KMI is a 110-bed hospital offering a full continuum of inpatient, extended care, residential, partial hospitalization and outpatient services for children, adolescents, and adults. The Receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance. This entails answering calls and fielding them, accordingly, addressing visitor questions and needs, and providing an overall welcoming environment. This oftentimes includes performing administrative duties as needed such as process incoming and outcoming mail. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 0 - 1 years of related experience.

Nice To Haves

  • 1 - 3 years of related experience.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist in a healthcare related field desired.
