About The Position

General RV Center, one of the largest and most successful RV dealers in the nation, has an immediate opening for a full time front desk Receptionist at our Draper location. The front desk Receptionist acts as the first contact for customers and plays an essential part in the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have excellent organizational skills.
• Able to work in a team setting in a fast-paced office environment .
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Reliable and strong work ethic.
• Professional appearance is a must.

Nice To Haves

• Prior office experience is a preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet showroom customers and directing them to the appropriate department.
• Answer incoming phone calls and manage the store multi-line phone system.
• Inputting customer data into customer management system.
• Provide customers with company information, store hours, and answering general questions.
• Work directly with store management in controlling customer flow.
• Conduct general administrative duties such as filing, data entry.
• Other duties assigned by management.
