To greet and welcome any guest to our facility with a friendly smile and enthusiasm. To answer all phone calls to our company in a professional, courteous manner and direct the caller to the proper person or department Additional administrative office duties as assigned.

  • Prior reception experience preferred
  • 10+ phone extension experience
  • PC experience (including Microsoft Outlook), with ability to perform tasks on a computer
  • Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment, such as copiers, fax, and postage machines
  • Highly professional and courteous, in appearance, conduct and manner, with ability to interface well with all levels of the organization
  • A quick learner with the ability to adjust to a dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, both quickly and under pressure, and with exceptional attention to detail
  • Reports to work on a regular and timely basis, and ensures that work responsibilities are covered when absent
  • Promotes and observes safety and security procedures, uses equipment and materials properly
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry at least 30 lbs
  • Prior reception experience preferred
