About The Position

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist to be the primary point of contact for our in-home care agency. This role is heavily focused on answering incoming calls, making scheduling adjustments, and providing day-to-day support to the office team. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, all while maintaining a compassionate and welcoming experience for our clients and caregivers. Requirements

  • Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Professional, positive, and compassionate demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with phones, computers, scheduling systems, and basic office software
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work independently
  • Understanding of home care or healthcare settings is a plus (but not required)

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, clients, and caregivers in a warm, professional manner
  • Answer incoming calls, route messages, and provide general information
  • Assist with scheduling and managing the daily calendar/dashboard tasks
  • Maintain organized front desk systems, filing, and administrative records
  • Respond to client and caregiver inquiries with excellent customer service
  • Uphold confidentiality and follow home care policies and procedures
