About The Position

Hendrickson Truck Suspension in Woodridge, IL is looking for a friendly, organized team member to lead our front desk and assist with essential HR tasks.

Requirements

  • High School/GED required.
  • 3 years of switchboard/office experience required.
  • Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook is a must.
  • Able to maintain highly confidential information.
  • Solid written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

  • Answers switchboard in a polite and professional manner.
  • Greets and directs guests/visitors in a professional manner.
  • Ability to utilize the automated front entrance visitor log-in system (Touch Screen TV).
  • Mailroom administration to include outbound and inbound mailings and overnight shipping (i.e., UPS, Fed Ex, or DHL).
  • Order office supplies.
  • Maintain and update Employee Training and Education files per IATF16949 procedures.
  • Assist other departments with clerical duties as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
