Requirements

  • Uniqueness and a passion for fun
  • Energy, enthusiasm, positivity - and bucketloads of it!
  • Customer service, hospitality or retail experience and a love for building customer rapport
  • A love of interacting with a diverse range of guests - teens, kids and adults
  • Team-driven focus with the natural ability to motivate yourself and those around you
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively
  • Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for long periods
  • Flexibility in your schedule, must be available on weekends and nights - that's where the action is!
  • Relevant State required certifications

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact - creating and delivering unforgettable guest experiences with your energy and top-tier service mindset
  • Drive sales on every shift – smash targets through upselling, product knowledge and proactive guest engagement
  • Understand daily goals and challenges, working with your team to succeed
  • Check guests in efficiently while providing clear information about their activities and experiences
  • Take pride in your venue, making sure it’s well-stocked and ready to impress at all times
  • Follow all safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and your teammates safe
  • Maintain a tidy, organized reception area
  • Take the opportunities to go above and beyond and anticipate our guests’ needs
