Requirements
- High School Graduate or GED Equivalent Required
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize needs to meet required timelines
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Customer Services experience required
Responsibilities
- Provides support to all aspects of the office operations.
- Answers all incoming phone calls, greets patients, and provides appointments to patients in person and by phone.
- Distributes and maintains incoming faxes and mail.
- Reconciles all patient invoices and payments at the end of the day.
