Greets customers, answers, screens and directs phone calls. Assists with general administrative and clerical tasks such as preparing documents, receiving and sorting mail and filing. Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices. Perform data entry associated with accounts payable. Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies. Handle cash, credit or check transactions with customers. Issue change, receipts, refunds, or tickets. Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office. Maintains and orders office supplies, as well coordinates the maintenance and repair of office equipment. Other duties as assigned. Ideal Candidate : Has excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge and skills. Strong time management and organizational skills. Knowledge of basic accounting principles. High degree of attention to detail. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide easily and quickly. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
