You will ensure a welcoming experience for all patients and visitors and supports the medical team with routine administrative tasks under close guidance and established guidelines. You will report to the Center Administrator. Job Responsibilities: Greet patients and visitors in person and by phone Schedule and manage patient appointments, coordinating with medical staff Maintain and update patient records in EMR and CRM systems Process billing, update patient accounts, and collect copayments Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and provide general information Keep the reception area clean, organized, and well-stocked Assist with office tasks such as ordering supplies, managing inventory, and arranging courier services Make decisions within defined parameters for work expectations, quality standards, and timing Use your skills to make an impact
